I think we have found a little bit of a schedule by golly! Will is so smart, to smart for his own good sometimes. He is starting to not like sleeping- no good for all of the rest of us. We are trying to start some sleep training. It was rough for the first 2 days and it is getting a little better everyday. Still not perfect, but i think he is figuring it out. We are so excited about the prospect of being able to lay him down for naps or bed and he will just fall asleep. Will see how long it takes. :) hopefully quick for mom and dad!
He had his 4month check-up last week as well. Will is 92% for height and 48% for weight. He is 26inches long and weighs 14lbs 13.5oz! He got more shots which is no fun for any of us, but he did great. The doctor said he could start to have cereal every day if we want, such a big boy! He is doing very well at taking it off the spoon now. He gets it all over, and is just adorable!
Well, i think that's it as far as an update for now!

And two becomes Three!....
Well, it has been a very long time since i have been on my blogspot. I will try to keep it a little more updated, now that we have something fun to share. Our son William Joseph was born on July 21st, 2010 at 2114. After 28 long hours of induced labor, he decided he liked it in there and was not coming out. So we had a C-Section. He was 9lbs 5ozs and 22 3/4 inches long. He had a head of full dark black hair. He was greeted by Grandmpa & Grandma McDearmon and Gram and Popi Pardun after he and Jeremy left the OR. We delivered at Abbott Northwestern which is where i work. It was so nice to have my co-workers take care of me and Will, I felt comforted by the fact that if anything would go wrong we were in the right place.
We spent 3 days in the hospital and then headed home to start our new adventure. Will was a good eater right from the start. He still likes to eat, but not as frequent. Thank goodness!
He is three months old now and growing like a weed as they say. He rolls over on one side, but can't come back over. He is trying and I am sure he will get the hang of it soon. He likes to sleep on his side like mom & dad. He holds his head up and is so curious about everything! He is also starting to find his feet. He loves bath time and looking at himself in the mirror. He also giggles out loud, which just melts your heart! He is so cute we can hardly stand it.
I will try to keep blogging, but will see how it goes. Pictures to follow!

Well were did the time go?
So i realized that with the passing of my uncle Chuck to the showers for the wedding, to the wedding and then honeymoon. I truly do not know where the time went. The wedding was a blast!!! We had a great day! We were so lucky to have so many family and friends come to celebrate our day. What an amazing gift.
The only bad thing about the day was our professional photographer- who was about an hour if not more late!! Really nice- and she did not even apologize. I was very blessed to have Rebecca who offered to take candid shots there and Matt from the church who also walked around and took candid shots of almost everyone.
I have so many pictures to pick from and i tried to include a copy of couples with our thank you cards. Hope you liked them! We really enjoyed seeing everyone. The pictures were nice to see after the day- because it was such a whirlwind.
So our honeymoon- we went to Cancun Mexico. Lovely place, beautiful hotel and lots of rain. Oh well! We had a blast anyway. They had a spa on site- so we spent a day there and lots of indoor activities planned for us so we could see shows and all kinds of things. We traveled inland for a tour on Chichen itza a Mayan ruin. It was amazing. We really had a great time.
So after waiting 9+ weeks for our professional photos- they finally arrived and we were sort of bummed with the results. Not to say that there are not beautiful pictures, but not a lot of variety. She unfortunately needs to work on her professionalism. We are asking for a refund of some of the cost for her services. We will see how that works out or not. She doesn't really seem to get that being late and taking photos of your assistant on my time is a problem. Anyway- we will see.
So what will 2009 bring? We are both planning on taking some classes to get really to finish our degrees. Long time coming. We were a little hopeful about a trip to Ireland, but our finances and work schedule will not allow it at this time. We do hope for a smaller trip with friends this year though. And who knows what else the year may bring.
Sorry for being so delinquent in my post. I will try to be better. It had to keep up with all of these sites- my space, bogger and now facebook. Ugh- technology.

July is here- UGH where did the time go?
Hello all, Well it has been a few months since i last wrote. I have been very busy. We are finalizing the invites, getting the supplies for centerpieces and gifts for our wedding party. I will start dress fittings on the 29th. We will meet with our reception guy tomorrow-will see how that goes. He is kind or wishy-washy. Seems to have a little different story every time I talk to him. So we are going to have a taste test without all the meal selections. Not really sure, but seems a little odd. Other things we are working on are going to the gym, cooking healthy and getting the house ready for guests. We plan to paint the living/dining room in the next week or so. We will also paint the kitchen, but will see how the other room goes before we commit to doing kitchen also. I have been growing flowers on the porch from seeds this year and they are starting to actually look like flowers. They have been a bit scraggly looking, but are now finally blooming. Jeremy and I will be meeting with our pastor soon and we are really looking forward to getting the ceremony planned. My mom has been helping with getting a person from the church to help with filming the ceremony and with finding musicians. So we are making our way through this thing called a wedding.
Oh and Jeremy and I planned and purchased out honeymoon!! Yippee! I am so excited to go on vacation! It has been to long and the place we are going looks amazing. We will not be wanting for beauty or activities. Hope no hurricanes come close to Cancun!!
Talk to you later!

I tried my dress on and it looks so beautiful. It will need some major alterations, but that's okay. My dear friend Chris has a great contact for the alterations. It will save me lots of money. The wedding shoppe charges for everything. Ruth sounds so sweet and she said the alterations should be about 100$. Woo Hoo. Bonus she will also presses the dress. I can't believe it. The bridesmaid dresses have not come in yet, but I am sure they will arrive soon. We just got the paper for the invites yesterday, so now I can start assembling them. We need to work on the wording for them still, but I can get a start on the basic parts. I need to find shoes and all the undergarments for my first dress fitting to start in July. I also have been looking at jewelry options for myself. I am looking for a small tiara and veil. I have a few leads on the veils, but the tiaras are so expensive and it's hard to tell how big they are unless you are looking at them in person. EBay has a great selection. Oh the other fun thing Jeremy and I did was listen to music for the reception. We have a really fun selection of music picked out already. It is so nice we can plan the music prior to the big day, so we have had lots of fun doing that. I also ordered our "Guest book". We are going to have a platter for people to sign instead. It will be able to be sealed and protected for years to come. We thought it was unique and kind of a fun idea instead of a formal guest book. So I hope this finds you well. We are so excited- 4 months and counting. Now for picking a place for the honeymoon. Sun look out here we come!!

More planning and life stuff
Well the meeting with Becky our florist went really well. I of course like the expensive flowers, but we will see what we can do. Tonight we are going to the tux shop to have Jeremy try on some tuxes. He will pick the tux and then we can get the guys in there to get measured for the big day. My dress is here, I have an appointment on Monday for an estimate for alterations. We will have to see how it fits first. I also have appointments for hair and make-up for the big day made. A friend of a friend (Rebecca) offered to help with video and additional pictures. I am so excited to have her there for the big day. I love pictures and can't wait to see all the pictures from that day. We did a little more investigating into the paper we want for the invites. It is starting to come together.
On another note my cousin Liz had her baby on Monday cinco de mayo. Please help me welcome: Malone David Guimont 7lb 14oz. He is beautiful!
Also my Uncle Chuck is so strong and inspiring. He has made some difficult choices, but he is still at peace. Please check out his caringbridge site to read his story. www.caringbridge.org Then type: chuckpardun, all little letters and no space. Leave him a message if you would like- he would love it.
